Soffit and Fascia have an important role. They protect those hard to maintain areas where water and decay do their damage. 

SOFFIT

Soffit is the exterior underside of a home’s eaves – the overhang between the side of the home and the end of the roof. 

We install vented soffit – Panels that are perforated for providing air flow. This gives the circulation needed in the attic which prolongs the life of your roof. 

FASCIA

Fascia is the Vertical board attached to the ends of the rafters that “faces” outward. It provides a finished look to the home by covering the rafters and is the supporting board for eavestroughs.

We install custom made aluminum fascia panels to cover and protect the boards from water and decay. Our experienced installers make the fascia on site opposed to using the prefabricated fascia that comes with “ribs” (Horizontal ridges along the length of the panels). This provides a cleaner look, especially when it comes to any gable ends.
